Moldmaking

Injection Molding

Our molding department equipment consists of 32 state-of the-art injection molding presses that range from 40 ton to 1800 ton. Our presses are capable of producing small volume parts for startups to high volume parts for established product lines, and in a wide variety of sizes.

We have broad processing experience encompasses a wide array of materials – from engineering grades and implantable bio-resins to commodity grade polymers.

We mold complex parts meticulously as per our customer’s specifications. Our in-depth experience with the materials and processes help us meet the geometry and tolerances that any product demands.

Secondary Operations

A range of value-added services we provide as part of our design-to-shipping turnkey solution for plastic injection molded products.We perform a wide range of assembly services to prepare our customer’s products for their respective markets. We assemble finished plastic injection molded products from modules and components.
